Driven Products Annual Holiday - December 25th to January 3rd

During the week between Christmas and New Years, after we’ve shipped all of the lug nuts and wheel spacers we can, we do something uncommon in the eCommerce world, we close up shop and send everyone home for the holidays.

From December 25th to January 3rd, 2021, we’ll be putting a pause on normal daily operations. We want to start the new year fresh so that we can be our best for the new year ahead. It’s no secret 2020 has been quite a year and what better way to end the year than with a little holiday R&R?

We will resume our normal operations starting on Monday, January 4th, 2021. Any orders placed between 12/25/20 to 1/3/21 will ship during the week we return, starting January 4th, 2021.

Our Customer Experience team will be available in a limited capacity during the holiday break. We will be available by email and will be responding to your messages daily. See below for more information about what you can expect during our annual company holiday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still order while you’re on holiday?

Yes! Absolutely! Many of our products are still available on Amazon without delays. Orders placed on our website or eBay store will ship when we return.

When should I expect my order to ship?

If your order was placed during our holiday break, your order will ship on Monday, January 4th. See our Shipping Policy for more info.

I mailed back my return, when will I get my refund?

Our warehouse will be closed for deliveries during our holiday break. Any deliveries due to us will be held by the carrier(s) until we are open for deliveries again on January 4th, 2021. Please allow us up to 2 business days for us to process your physical returns once we receive them. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be credited to your account. I placed an order but need to cancel it. What do I do?

Don’t worry! If you placed an order during our holiday break and need to cancel it, submit an order cancellation request or send us an email at with your order number. We’ll be checking for cancellation requests each day Monday-Friday. We’ll be sure to cancel and refund your order before it ships!

Our Customer Experience team will be monitoring and responding to your messages at least once per day during the holiday week (Monday-Friday). Although, we won’t be available for live phone support, feel free to leave a voice message and we’ll call you back as soon as we are able.
