Driven Products is on Vacation - September 7th to 11th, 2020
An open letter to all Driven Products Customers, Vendors, and Partners:
Let me start by saying that I am not one to write letters like this. However, I thought this situation warranted a bit of public emotion and gratitude.
It’s been a crazy year so far. I say this knowing that our team and our business has been among the lucky ones to have made it this far intact. In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team got together and took immediate action implementing work from home for all team members that could and strict safety protocols for all team members whose roles required them to come into the office ensuring that our team could operate our business safely.
During the pandemic, we’ve been extremely lucky to not have a single team member get sick. With our team healthy we’ve made several major operational changes over the last 6 months that have enabled us to not only meet the same level of service we had before COVID, but improve it. Thinking back on what seems like years ago now, I am extremely proud of and grateful to our team for all of the time and effort they’ve put into getting us to this point because it hasn’t been easy. All of that time and effort in the middle of a pandemic takes a toll on a person and wears you down.
In short, we all need a break. So, Driven Products is going on Vacation! We will be closing up shop Labor Day week (09/07-09/11) and will resume normal operations starting Monday 09/14.
Thanks to our team for doing what needed to be done to get here, to our vendors for being there to help when we needed you, and to our customers for supporting us when we needed you the most.

All orders placed 9/4 - 9/13 will ship on Monday, 9/14/2020.
