This resistance to heat means you are getting a long lasting and tough hub centric ring. The purpose of a hub centric ring is to fill the empty space between the wheel hub and the center bore of your wheel. These hub centric rings are recommended when the center bore on the wheel is larger than the wheel hub of your car.

Do not use this product! (Unless you want your wheels to fit)

Bought a set of Beyern BMW wheels to fit on my. Everything fit perfect except for the center bore being larger on the wheels than my car. So after a short internet search, I found DrivenProducts.com and the perfect size set of hubcentric rings. The fit was spot on. They actually kind of "snapped" into my new wheels so installation was a breeze. Shipping was quick, as well. I highly recommend them!
