WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders received by 11:00 AM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. Observed Holidays. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that some items will require additional handling time and may not ship the same day. If this is the case, you will be notified by our Customer Experience Team after your order is placed.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

All products ordered from www.drivenproducts.com are shipped free to the United States, APO/FPO/DPO, and US territories. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping charges for expedited delivery will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, we will work with you to file a shipping claim and send a free replacement right away. If you received your order damaged, contact our Customer Experience Team with photos of the damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

DOES DRIVEN PRODUCTS LLC SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not ship outside the United States for items purchased from our website. However, we do sell our products on eBay and ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). For more details regarding international shipping through eBay GSP:
