Domestic Shipping

We like to go fast and the same goes for our shipping! Most orders received Monday-Friday will ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or US-observed holidays will ship the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Free! All products ordered from www.drivenproducts.com are shipped for free as long as they are shipped domestically within the United States, US territories, or an APO/FPO/DPO.

How do you ship your orders?

Our primary domestic shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS. Utilizing both FedEx and USPS enables us to ship your orders quick and reliably with end-to-end tracking. It also enables the ability for us to ship your orders to your PO Box, if that is your preferred delivery method. Please note that we may select a different carrier depending on the destination or size of your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, but we do ship fast and free to the United States! Most shipments to the United States are delivered in 1-3 days. The closer you are to Washington state, the faster you will get your order.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to update with an estimated delivery date.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

We've got your back! If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we’ll take care of you and send a free replacement right away. If you happen to find damage to your order from shipping, contact us right away with photos. Be sure to save the packaging and damaged product until we provide some guidance on what to do with it.

International Shipping

Does Driven Products offer International shipping?

Yes, we do! We now offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Same Day Shipping to Australia Australia
  • Same Day Shipping to Canada Canada
  • Same Day Shipping to New Zealand New Zealand
  • Same Day Shipping to the United Kingdom United Kingdom

We treat orders shipping internationally just as we do domestic ones. Orders placed Monday-Friday will typically ship within one business day.

Will my international order qualify for free shipping?

Unfortunately not. Free shipping is only available for shipments delivered domestically within the US and its territories. The cost of international shipping is an additional charge added to your order total. The shipping cost is determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order. At checkout, you will be presented with a shipping rate before completing your order.

How do international orders ship?

Most international shipments ship via USPS International shipping services. This service provides the best value to ship our products internationally with end-to-end tracking and reliable transit times.

What about customs duties and taxes?

We ship all international orders as delivered, duties unpaid. This means we only pay for the cost of shipping. Any charges related to customs duties, taxes, or applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Driven Products does not take responsibility for any seizures or delays by local customs authorities.
