WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly issue refunds for items that are returned within 91 days of the original purchase date. All returns and refunds are subject to the following criteria:

  • Returns will not be accepted after 91 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will not be accepted on items that show signs of installation, modification, mounting, scratching, defacing, etc.
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Refunds cannot be granted for gift cards. Instead, we can only offer in-store credit.
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including product return shipping.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

The following process should be used to start your return and print a return label. Please note that you will need to follow this process and create a separate return label for each parcel that was delivered to you. Contact our Customer Experience Team if you need assistance with your return.

  1. Navigate to www.drivenproducts.com/a/returns to start a return.
  2. Enter your Order Number (Found at the top of your packing slip). You can also find this Order Number in the email that was sent to you after your purchase. If you no longer have the order number, please contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance.

  3. Enter the email address used to place the original order.
  4. Click Return Items
  5. Select the item(s) you would like to return using this return label. Click Next.
    • Note: All items selected must be returned in the same package. If you are returning multiple packages, please create a separate return for each package.
  6. Choose the Return Reason and Quantity you will be returning with this return label. Click Next.
  7. Select your refund method and confirm your return.
  8. You will be provided with a return label to print and use.
  9. Repeat this process for each label you need to create.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

In most cases, you will be charged for return shipping and the cost of the return shipping label(s) will be deducted from your refund. If you receive a damaged/defective item or the item(s) received are different than what was ordered, please call us at 1-800-594-3898 and we will help you exchange or return the item at no cost.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR MY RETURN OR CANCELLATION?

All refunds will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. We inspect all returns within 2-3 business days of receiving them. It can take an additional five business days to receive your refund.
